Yea me too mate, and 75% of the population.
It is 24 hours, well even less now. Everything will be OK.

Take care.

Well I'm feeling a bit wobbly. Now it's all over I'm thinking of how I'm going to spend the next twelve month paying for it. I have a girl aged 12 and a son 20, who both wanted a laptop for Christmas. I know the lad is getting a bit old for big presents, but seeing that he is still at collage, he just can't afford to buy one himself. I'll just have to pack in smoking

Mine wasn't too bad because I have been too busy nursing a bad cold so no time to concentrate on anxiety. Felt a slight pang of anx this morning but I am ignoring it.

Want to concentrate on getting better so I can go and see my Mum on Saturday :)

Hope peeps havent been too bad?

xx

Hi Dave - long time no hear - yep I felt so wobbly and nauseous and buzzy -= but I love xmas and I always get really adrenalined up when I am with family and opening pressies etc. The worse bit was family sit down meals (3 of them in different places) but I just kept slowing my breathing down and believing in myself. Hope you ok. Wenjoy x
