pins n needles n dry throat

im so sorry, i know its xmas n all, its 3am and while ive gotten random pins n needle in my left hand last two fingers for a year at nite on off, last week or so its gotten worse and now half hand gets bad pins n needles through nite, every nite, i toss n turn n sleep light, so not sleeping on hand..plus last week ive been gettin really dry throat over nite too, starting to scare me bad, im 33.
last year i got bad bout of acid reflux....is that what happening again with dry throat? so scared, supposed to be camping in a day and how will i cope wonderin whats wrong with me? bad anxiety at the moment...

hi there i get bad pins and needles in my left hand also my gp says it down to anxiety i think pretty much anything i go to gp with now they are going to say anxiety but i know from reading a lot of other sites that apparently it is common as for the throat problem i do get what feels like a lump in my throat and again this is quite common during anxiety hope ive been of some help it is hard i know but anxiety is horrible by the way hope you have had a merry xmas you will be on boxing day now right?

Pins and needles was a side effect of taking Rampril BP medication for me.
Could any meds be causing this?
Try to relax a bit.

I have had both these symptoms, and it is quite worrying, Anxiety can show itself in so many forms and can even strike on xmas day!

hi and thnxso much for taking the time 2 answer, this is a special time of year.

chalky, im not on meds,tried them and felt very sick and like my brain was frying..lol...

1978- thnx and merry xmas to you too...i did mean to say that in my question, but was a bit self obsessed at 3 am, an yes, it is now boxing day here....i think we are approx 16 hrs adead to uk.
