Hello everyone,

I am a female from Australia who has been having anxiety and panic attacks now for over ten years. It all started after my first child was born. I go up and down. At the moment I am in a pretty bad way, not venturing out at all and having panic inside my home now too. But I am a fighter and I know I will be okay soon.

I would like to say what a fabulous site this is. The information is so relevent and easy to read and understand. I wish I had found it all sooner.

Thanks for the oportunity to be here.

Cheers

Hi galah
Welcome to the site, I'm new here too and have found it very supportive. I have suffered with panic and anxiety for years now, I would highly recommend a book Self-help for your nerves - Dr Claire Weekes, it helped me through the bad times and made me see I wasn't going mad. I stil refer to it now and I've had the book for about 15 years now.

I hope things start to improve for you soon.
