Yawning Pain

Hi all,

Im not good today. I have devloped this weird shooting pain behind my right chest and now its in my back too. It seems to happen when I breathe or yawn. Is this anxiety? an illness? a random injury? I cant stop thinking about it. Is it possibly rib damage after all this hyperventilation?

This now feels like a back pain. everytime i move my head a certain way i get a sharp pain. Also if I tense up or breathe deeply I can feel something. scary

hi there,

i would put money on this being muscular i have experiened this also it could also be a pulled chest muscle possibly brought on by hyperventalating.

i get this pain when my ribs are inflammed (like they are now)

just the same , breathing deep gives me a stabbing pain,,,

my ribs are fused together which make matters worse but its nothing.

Sounds like stress pains. I have had that too. It soon passes when we learn to relax and not to panic about things so much.
