Hiya, Yes I saw the programme last night on tv, blimey what an eyeopener! It has really made me stop and think! Im def going to cut down on my drinking, I drink about 4 bottles ov wine over a week and thats way too much, Im gonna cut it down to 2 a week and maybe it will help my anxiety too! Tracey x
