Hi everyone.

Been lurking in the wings for a few days and have now decided to join. You seem like a nice bunch :)

I've had depression since May 07 and have been off work since then. I have taken out a Grievance against my employers and have a formal hearing next week (10/01). I might need some support from forum members to get me through that!
