Shoulders, neck, and arms

I've been doing really well lately! until this morning! It just feels like somebody has injected a drug in my shoulders and it's circulating around my neck and arms as well and it feels like i'm going to pass out or something and i feel sort of shaky! It's frightening! because i was feeling fine and doing really well! it does not feel like Anxiety but maybe it is, anybody else get this?

hi there , could be the start of flu or one of the many bugs that are going around at the moment, kids are back at school and already the illness is dropping them like flies.

Dont worry about it o much try and relax take some nice warm baths and get plenty of rest and vitamins, you will be fine in a few days i promise ya !!
