Hello All,

Just want to say a big thank you to anyone and everyone on this site. I only recently found this site but have been reading and reading and reading....

I have been agraphobic now for about six months, and now have a chronic condition that means I have to go and see specialists at the hospital. I was terrified, but after doing all the study on this site i went to my appointment today and am feeling very happy .

There was still anixety and I did feel the panic mounting at times. My breathing sometmes started to go crazy......but I accepted the panic and rode through it.

I am exhausted now but hey....I made it!

I don't take any medication as I have had a bad experience where that is concerned. So I did it al la natural.

THANK YOU!

Meg
