My top of my spine has now been killin me 4 weeks an i hav a weird tingling sensation on 1 part of it like its pulling,my tips of my fingers just went numb an i felt like my reactions have slown down if that makes sense does anybody else get this?? plz reply

i'm no doctor but it sounds like you have trapped a nerve which is easily done! That MAY be the reason for the tingling feeling.

I have done this before and one way of loosening this is to keep gently rubbing it. It is painful and normally has to run it's course until loosened again. The wierd tingling sensation is probably due to imflamation. I have a lot of trouble with my spine and have had this, not that thats any help !
if you worrying too much about this i should just take a trip to the doc who will probably put your mind at rest.:)
