Hi, my name is Liz and I am 30 and recently married. For the past few months my anxiety and panic disorder has started to creep back into my life after I thought I had managed to lock it away for good. I have been having a few health issues and this has brought it back on. It is now getting to the point that I prefer not to go out of the house because I worry about having a panic attack and this is effecting my relationship.

I am pleased to have found such a helpful resource and have enjoyed having a look through the forums and thought I should join so I could post.

I am looking forward to chatting with everyone and hopefully getting some help to overcome this obstacle in my life at the moment!
