Strange topic for anxiety?? Dreams

Just wanted to start this thread about sleep/dreams.

Does any one else wake up in the morning with nostalgic thoughts(For me normally sad times, or people I have not seen in a while)

It has just started to happen to me but I've really noticed it more over the last few months.

For the last few weeks it has been every day, once i'm up its fine.
