I know its not on the subject of anxiety, but m.e. and depression are closely linked due to their symptoms. So if anyone ever comes on with a similar problem, i would suggest they look up this book.

"Living with M.E. - the chronic/post-viral fatigue syndrome"
by Dr Charles Shepherd

I suffer from M.E and have read that book in the past. I would like to add though, that although there are some symptoms similar in both conditions M.E. is quite different to depression in many ways too - so just because you have depression please don't think it means you have M.E. Just pointing that out as I don't want anyone with health anxiety to get scared this means they may have M.E. I have M.E and no depression at all.
