Hiya I'm new here but I was diagnosed with Derealisation disorder just after the birth of my first child, and I think this was triggered by the postnatal depression I had at the time, after 9 months and refusing to take what my the GP prescribed me all went well. However it seems to come back every 5-6 years for no apparent reason and can last from 2 days to 2 months. I am a naturally happy go lucky person and I live a stress free life, with no problems so my question is (if someone may know) What triggers these episodes of DRD? I would be grateful to hear from other suffers and people that have had this too.

Regards Lous
