Am starting second attempt at getting off these blooming things next week.
i wondered if anyone who has managed to do it successfully has any tips for managing the withdrawal symptoms?
I will be taking 80mg propanolol daily and starting by cutting venlafaxine dose by one quarter (tried to go straight to half last time and it was a disaster!).
My withdrawals seems to be severe nausea, light headedness and being emotional/tearful
Any suggestions gratefully received :)
