hi i'm new here,long time sufferer of mental health problems ;severe depression being the worst,anxiety, obsessional thinking, generally nuts, i've tried so hard get well, i've surrendered to the illnesses ,they wax and wane, i am obsessed with the idea that if i could work again i'd be ok--this one leads me delusional at times, i haven't given up on myself ,but this illness is so cruel and seems to want to destroy me with guilt and self destruction, i'm hangin' on
