Hey,
Been reccoemended to an NHS centre that offers complimentary therapys etc and i've to decide what i want or think i need etc.
They offer indian head massage, reiki, massge, aromatherapy, reflexology etc and lots of others - does anyone know of any that are good for panic attacks?
