Hi Everyone

I just wanted to say hello to everyone; I am new to the site. I have been suffering from panic attacks for a little over 4 months now, and have struggled to find the words to describe what it is that I go through on a daily basis. I am glad to know that I am not alone and that there is plenty of support out there!
