Hi all,
I stumbled on this website a few months ago, and have found it helpful in more ways than I could possibly write. This is my first "membership" to a forum, so bear with me.
I have been suffering PA's for about 5 years now. Mine seem rather mild compared to situations I have read about, but the PA's have been enough to make things difficult. Most of my fear is centered around bodily sensations. Many times I am convinced that anything I feel (or eat, drink, etc) is giong to kill me. I have been fortunate that it comes and gos, but this never quite seems to leave.
Anyway, thanks to everyone for their contributions to this site.
Matt
