Hello, I'm Alicia :)
First off, i'd like to say how wonderful I think it is that there's such a loving and helpful place for people to discuss whats on their mind on the internet, and I look forward to talking to you all more.
I'm a teenager from London, in the process of getting my GCSE's and (hopefully!) a job after years of problems with education.
I've had many mental health issues over the years sadly. I become depressed when I was 12, and was in hospital for a few months after badly hurting myself. I was on anti depressants for a few years, but came off eventually when I felt up to it. I've battled with anorexia too, but thankfully I've come through a lot of these problems.
I joined this site as I've been having many panic/anxiety problems, just in the past week.
Obviously that seems like a very short time, but it's very distressing to me.
So I'm here for some help and support, and to help and support others too!
