Blood pressure and eating

Does anyone know if your blood pressure goes up or does it go down just after eating?

I expect it would depend on what you ate and how you ate it - calmly sat at the table of wolfing it down on the go.

Just wondering why you are asking though?

I think up a bit. They recommend waiting 20-30 minutes after eating before taking it.
