palpatations scared

i dont usually get palpatations but the breathlessness and choking feeling everyday instead, but ive now had them since ive woke up, i started on trazadone this week and missed last nights as fell asleep before took it, but i cant see this causing them, i do smoke and i hve had them in past but they usually go is it usual to have them for the whole day?

stress! the more u think of em the more u will get.... ignore them... i have been having them really bad but through understanding i have noticed them alot less...reassurance is the cure...read my sory on the link below x
