hi guys,

I'm sure like myself anxiety etc has wreaked havoc with many peoples stomachs here.I am thinking of laying off the bread and cereal a bit.I am thinking of trying rye bread and dont know what to have in the am instead of cereal.

I am getting so much heart burn its awful.I think bread/cereal sometimes makes it worse.

If anybody has any ideas/suggestions there are most welcome.

A bit off the wall I know but I always have complan for breakfast!!!

Normally taken when you are under the weather I know but the strawberry one made with milk is yummy!!!!

Loaded with vitamins and minerals and filling too!!

4 sachets are just under 3 quid so 75p for brekkie aint bad eh???

Lines your tummy well too

Hi,
I have chocolate complan for breakfast ! When I first went on meds and my appetite disappeared it was all I could manage. B4 that I didn't have brekkie at all so I've stuck with it.
