Feeling Low

Just came on for a moan.I had an argument with my mum and dad today,over something small.It all blew up and now no ones talking.The atmosphere is awful.My mum is Italian and she has a bit of a temper,I take after her.
I feel really low tonight and tearful,like I have this big lump in my throat,waiting to explode.

Tomorrow I have the blasted dentist,lost a bit of filling.Its also the anniversary of my dog Benjie dying,eight years.That always upsets me even now.
I know there are people worse off than me,just wanted somewhere to rant really.Im sorry.Just feel so lonley tonight.:weep: :weep: :weep: :weep:

Try and relax hun, have a long bubble bath and listening to your favourite music or take in a good book and just shut yourself away for a while and have some 'you' time

Don't feel ashamed , silly or guilty about your doggie. My last greyhound died 2 yrs ago and i still think about him everyday.
We visit his little burial garden every month

Pets mean so much to us. I lost my rabbit, Daisy, to a fox over 6 years ago now and I still think about her often.

As Trac said, take some time for yourself and I hope things improve for you very soon.

Atmosphere still not good at home,Im feeling so down today.Bought Benjie some lovely daffodills for his grave.
In an hour I have the dreaded dentist and my stomach is churning.

I feel like Im really gonna snap at someone and that scares me.I feel so full inside its difficult to explain.My brother is still in the psychiatric hospital,which is good as all the time hes there he isnt causing trouble and drinking.:weep: :weep:

i know how your feeling about your dog ,im very low about mine he died 2 weeks ago, id had him 14 years hopefully tommorow you will feel better xxx
