Hi i havent been on for a while i have just been digonosed with hypormania and waiting to see someone at the hospital for treatment . i have took prozac for tghe last 8 years and yesterday i got propranolol 80mg to take daily but ive just read the side effects and to tell you the truth im frightened of taking it i thought beta blockers were for heart problems not anxiety i also got 7 tamazepam to take my mind is in overdrive i just cant wind down or sleep or relax i hve different thought going round my mind all during the night i just want to relax and feel tired do you think i will get back to normal again? im moving in 2 weeks and have 3 kids and this is just adding to it im in a right state over it thanks for listening
