apprehensive about reiki

Hi all
i have booked in for a reiki session on tuesday. i hope this is a good idea as i am willing to try anything at the moment. m body has forgotten how to relax. i will speak to my cpn on monday about it. i suffer from very debilitating muscular skeletal pain in my face and head and the reiki lady said this is quite good for this. my apprehension is that i suffer from dp also and was wondering if this will cause any problems, thanks sheree

I would advise caution, it won't hurt you but a lot of it is belief, if you think it will work then it will, if you don't then it won't...
