Welcome to NMP-like everyone says, you will find loads of help and advice on here. My problems are panic attacks and really bad health anxiety but this site has been a lifesaver for me.

Try to pay a visit to the Chatroom-we all chat about our problems but we also have such a laugh in there-and as they say "laughter is the best medicine"
