rocking head

Hi i have a constant headache and also get the tension headaches but does anybody get like their head is rocking. i was reading my text messages on the phone and it was as if my head was rocking and the words were coming in towards me. thanks a lot

I've had a sensation before where my head felt like it was leaning to one side, i am not sure if it felt like it was but wasn't or even though i was standing straight i felt inclined to tilt my head. I didn't pay much attention to it and it went with time. I did speak to my therapist briefly about it who said anxiety can effect you balance/orientation. Perhaps this is similar to your experience.

my hospital specialist tells me that anxiety does not effect balance.

What you are describing is probally a mild migraine , it causes motion intollerance and visual vertigo . It can be severe or mild.
