Hi everyone, wasnt sure were to post this so i decided here was as good as anywhere. Havent been on here since last year as ive been trying different methods of coping, some success and some failure ( i wont bore you with the details ). I really just wanted to say that i hope everyones fine and doing ok and making some progress and that i wont leave it as long before comming back on here.
