Headaches

I have had a headache for about 10 days now. It just won't go away. I am not one to get headaches. It is scaring me. My GP says it is stress. I feel like it is a tumor. I am scared :weep:

If I worry about it can it make it worse? Or can it give me a headache? My Mom told me if I have a brain tumor it is my fault for worry about it so much. Can you worry yourself so much that you give yourself one or cancer elsewhere?

When did you last have your eyes tested?

About a month ago. I need new glasses. HOwever I only need them when I read.

Ok you could be dehydrated as well - very common cause of headaches - do you drink much water each day?

It could also be stress and tension in the neck area.

hi there i have had a headache for 6 days and mine is just starting to go but well that is only bc of strong painkillers

and i too dont drink water well if i drink 3 or 4 drinks a day its loads for me
