Shakiness

Does any one feel like they are shaking even when the anxiety is low.I cant decide if its a reaction to meds or anxiety or both!

I often feel shakey. Not so as anyone would notice, its sort of a shaky inside feeling like if your blood sugar is low.

or you've drunk several cups of strong coffee?????I find it very disturbing ande hard to ignore

My nick name has been Shakey since University 20 years ago...it's a continuing symptom of my anxiety.

I get this to. feel very low on blood sugar and shake with sweaty handsetc. always tired with bags under my eyes even on days when anxiety low! its amazing how anxiety effects the body even when its not there!
