hi all,
just wondered if anyone out there experiences this , i have interupted sleep but usually manage to sleep a good 5 hours then when i wake up i am kind of shaking not visibly but internally
this goes as soon as i get up
anyone had this

YES, every morning. I posted recently about this on the symptoms thread.
Its horrible and it feels like my whole insides are temoring (if thats a word!!).

hope you don't mind me asking, but are you at an age where you could be menopausal, as this is a sign of menopause... I always used to wake up feeling like it, till I realised what it was, then I either stopped noticing, or it has gone away :D

i am 40 yrs do i qualify for pre menapausal thingy ? i have had night sweats aswell but put that down to anxiety uuhm now thats got me thinking

Hello Sammie!
I also have very distrubed nights and I'm 53 and peri-menopausal - and yes I wake up 'shuddering' inside sometimes. It was a lot worse when I first became ill, but it is barely noticeable most of the time now.
I've been peri-menopausla since I was 38 (so the doc says:unsure: !) so yep - I reckon you're a good candidate lol !!
