Hello everyone,

My name is Val from El Paso, Texas in the United States. I am 32 years of age. I have been suffering panic/anxiety attacks for over 3 years.

I can control my panic attacks 75% of the time, but before that I couldn't even get out of my own bedroom. I am here to share my experience with others and possibly learn from theirs.

Feel free to ask questions, comment, and even give me advice. I will respond to all.
