im on atenolol but there not helping one bit ive been told to take 2 day now not one but i feel more breathless with them than without them has anyone else experienced this ? trazadone are helping these are not atm

hiya Amanda , Ive been taking atenolol for nine year for hbp and i feel a little bit breathless with a wheezy chest for a few hours after taking it, doctor says its a side effect to them because it only last a few hours he says its all right but if its causing you distress i would go back to doctor try something else .

thank you sally, it must be a side effect then ,i think i will go see dr on monday about it, as was taking it to feel better not worse thank you for the reply
