Chatroom problem

Hi,
Whenever I try and open chat my server closes. Any ideas why this is happening and what I can do about it? This is probably just an error on my server but I'm not sure how to rectify it.

I think you have to be patient with this.
Happens to me quite a lot-bleeding BT server !!

Sometimes I have to try twice to connect as well.

I tick the box and click 'proceed to chat room' and mozilla firefox closes completely...along with any other tabs I have open! I've tried it in Internet Explorer and the same thing happens there it's weird.

I must've tried about 10 times over the past 2 weeks, but I will keep trying :)

I'm just wondering if you have Java installed because the NMP chat room needs that to run.

Thats a good point Mike I don't know if I do! That seems like the right solution as I can't upload photos onto facebook either. I'll look into it now, thankyou! x
