Hiya,
My first health anxiety post
Since my little boy was born 14 months ago I have had an ache in my right side next to my stomach. The Dr said it was a torn muscle after giving birth. But it never went away. I don't have it all the time but alot. Sometimes it can be quite painful and other times a dull ache. I get it in my back to. It can get worse the more I do.
I wasn't happy that the pain was still there so went back to see my Dr before Christmas who said it could be a liver infection and to get my bloods done. Well this sent me into a spiral of OMG I have something seriously wrong with me!!
My bloods came back normal as did the ones I had not long after my baby was born. However because of my state of mind I was refered to have an abdominal scan to see if its gall stones. But still I worry that its something serious. I am due to go tomorrow for the scan.
Has anyone had this before?
Would I have shown other symptoms by now if it was something more serious as I've had it 14 months?
Your replies would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Pauline xx
