chest pain

Hello,

today iv woken up with this pain all across my chest, its not there all the time, when i move in certain ways or take a deep breath in.

it doesnt feel heart related, probably muscle more likely but its driving me mad and i can feel my health anxiety starting to soar again.

any advice/ideas, im trying to stay calm.

Hi Cassi,

Yeah sounds like you could have pulled a muscle or maybe twisted yourself in your sleep. When you pull a muscle, it swells to protect itself which is why it's sore when you take a deep breath. (doc told me this when i did it). you could try taken an anti inflamitory/pain killer like Ibuprofen.
