Anybody else feel like this?
I go to bed at 11 sleep till 6-30 but lately I am just so tired! I wish the doctors could book me off for a week so I can sleep! but then I guess it would be the same after a couple of weeks...I just hate my job maybe.

Best to have a check with your doctor (I previously had anaemia). I am better but am still very tired. I have trouble sleeping during the week and usually fall asleep about midnight and wake about 8 am. However it takes a lot to get out of bed during the week and I am tired all morning. Oh yes and I hate my job as well J

Do you do any regular exercise?
If you can manage it,a brisk walk during the day will provide distraction and a little boost to your energy levels.
Are you eating properly?
A good balanced diet and proper fluid intake is so important.
A chat with your doctor may be worthwhile.
