hi for many years i thought i was the only person who felt like this . ifelt alone although i had family and friends i had no help. i have suffered with panic for 30 yrs. the thought of meeting people or going out terrifies me.i have lost friends and family over this . last year i got my first pc it was a window to the world i dont know what i would do without it now. i have met new friends and in it i have found the freedom, i have so longed for.

Glad you have found this site cos it can help in quite a lot of ways.
Im pleased for u and really hope that this may be a new begining .
The isolation u have experienced sounds heart wrenching, really think this site
will make u feel like u belong somewhere, and matter to someone .
