Hi everybody...
My name is Brett and I have suffered with Panic attacks ever since I was a child.. I'm 46 now and have learned lots of coping stratagies and life for me is , in the main pretty Ok.
I still battle on with the demon inside and have bad days occassionally..... But I guess we all do.
I hope to find one day that definative way retrain myself to a Panic free life.
