I certainly agree that eating healthily can help with mental wellbeing.
I do need to eat more fruit and vegetables, I feel the difference if I have been eating wholesome food rather than junk.

Thank you for posting this.
I have made a real effort in the last few months to up my fruit and veg intake,lower my caffeine intake and cut down on the junk.Combining this with regular exercise has had a very positive effect on my mental welfare.
