Inderal - anyone tried it?

Was recommended Inderal by a friend. Ive always been a little on edge about taking medication, Ive had 2 different medications prescribed to me over the last few years and both it turns out are meant more for depression than anxiety. Both that I tried also had quite bad side effects on me, mood swings, dizzyness, loss of sleep etc, I quit out on both extremely quickly. I very rarely feel depressed, maybe one or two days a year and that is it. From the sounds of what my friend has said Inderal seems a little different to what Ive been prescribed before.

Anyone here ever try it? Any opinions on it? Please share :)

Inderal is known as Propanolol over here for anyone who may have been interested. I'll go browse the Propanolol section.

Yes I was prescribed this for about 2 years and have to say it made my head feel muddled and I felt better for not taking them.

This is only my experience though and I have to say I don't deal very well with any medication.
