I'm doing ok thanks - almost ready to go back to work, but I don't think they want me :unsure:

I've been off work since May 2007 with depression, stress and anxiety. On top of that I am going through a grievance against my bosses.

How are you doing? Is it depression that you're struggling with? (Don't feel you have to provide any answers to my questions, I won't be offended.)

Hope this sunny weather is helping to cheer you up. I'm going for a walk, on Sunday, at Margam Park - up over the top of the mountain.

Hi There, I'm based in Cardiff, but if you know of any groups etc even in the Swansea area I'd be happy to travel! My partner found two groups in Cardiff, but when I called and left a message they didn't get back to me, and it was a few weeks ago I tried them. I'm thinking of trying Mind soon, they have a base in Cardiff, so they may have one in your area. I might do a bit of Googling for groups soon, so if I find anything, I'll post details.
