Hi
Recently I have been feeling really out of breath but only first thing in the morning for about an hour. Does anyone else have this problem. I always wake with a knot in my stomach, do you think this may be the cause. It really stops me getting going in the morning and is getting me down. Any advice would be appreciated

Try relaxation techniques on waking ,just lay in bed and relax until the knot goes and try deep breathing after your relaxed this should be easier.

Same thing here unfortunately.
I jusy use my breathing til I get over it
