This is a really old thread, but I'm desperately trying to find a copy of Hope and Help for your Nerves (Claire Weekes) on MP3 format. I've contacted the site and it takes them nearly a month to respond. They don't take credit cards and just seem very disinterested in selling the product. I've got another email into them and would gladly buy it from them if they would ever get back to me.

In the interim, I'm hoping maybe someone here has an audio copy? I have her work in books, but having this in audio would be a massive help. I'm well into recovery but still need this as a resource.

If you have CDs, perhaps we can work out a trade or I can make a donation to you or your charity choice for a copy?

I too have the Claire Weekes books, but really want the CD's so I can play it and listen to it more often than reading the book now and again. I feel I need to listen to the audios everyday so the information sinks in. Hope you can help as also tried the website http://www.claireweekes.com.au/products-CDs.html but not having much look

i also am very interesting in buying an audio copy of hope and help
for your nerves from anyone here. i have the cd of passing through
panic and it is great but dr. weekes refers many times to hope and
help for your nerves.

I too am very interested in the audio mp3s of this very same book. I usually post on a AA forum, but am not fighting anxiety on a daily basis after 2 months sober. I feel this book would be of great help to me.
