Went to the drs the other day, and was put on propranolol 10mg on a as and when bases. but he wasnt a very nice gp and didnt explain as to when i actually take then. do you take them when you feel the anxiety start, or wait for it to get to full blown or if you know you were going somewhere like the drs, dentist, could you take it in the morning before any thing happened.
