groin pain

hey.... my groin and left leg hurts because at night i will go bed when i wake up its like ive been holding my wee in all night when i lay asleep my bodys saying go pee pee and im saying no sleeep so does any1 think its bladder weakness i havnt got a clue sorry if this is a bit googled up all i know is im gettin the pain and it hurts
