I thought I'd try writing a diary both to help me get my thoughts in perspective and to help others going through it to know they are not alone and to see if what they suffer is similar to offer some reassurance. It's a work in progress and can be seen at ww.timsanxiety.blogspot.com

Hi Devon Guy,
I too a keep a diary (not my blog) and have done since april last year. I find it really helps to right down all my fears and worries, how my days been etc. Otherwise all the thoughts are scrambled in your head. Ill defiantly check out your blog
