Hi! I have been on Triptafen for 18 years, starting taken it after the birth of my Daughter and have stayed on it as my Doctor told me I have an Anxious tendency.
8 Weeks ago my Doctor put me on Citalopram for Depression due to the Menopause and told me to gradually come off the Triptafen but I found I was awake all night  even though Citalopram is suppose to make you drowsy it had the oposite effect on me.
He said to take both the Triptafen and Citalopram together and now I sleep between 10-12 hours a night! Good job i don't start work till 2pm:blush:
Does anybody else sleep alot of hours?
Has anyone dropped off to sleep and awoken with a jolt about half an hour to an hour later?
Love to hear from you......
Love,
Kim X
