Hi everyone,
I'm sure this isn't a new tip but I was also wondering if any of you have any good tips for dealing with nausea as a part of anxiety? It is my worst symptom.
I'm a self-confessed ginger beer addict. The ginger root extract helps to calm the stomach and the fierier the better! Pregnant women often drink ginger tea as it can help stop morning sickness. I can only leave the house without a little bottle of it if I know that I'm going somewhere I can buy more. Perhaps that's a little obsessive but I figure that it doesn't harm anyone, and it helps me. If I'm feeling really awful I'll nibble on a bit of crystallised ginger too. Perhaps I will give it up one day!
Anyone else the same?
xx
