Screaming panic

As well as everything else does anyone get like a screaming feeling in your head during a bad PA ?

Yes I have done and was told to scream and let it out.

Easier said than done when i have my 10 year old daughter in the house as i don't want to scare her ..... or the neighbours come to think of it! :ohmy:

I did however manage to have a mini scream into a pillow. Think this is all a build up thing Decca where we just need to release.

I have just started getting this and I have suffered with panic attacks for 13 years. Its really starting to scare me as I get it before a panic attack, during and when I am really upset. I think it might be the frustration I am unable to release as I find it incredibly hard to become angry and just get very upset.

Thanks for reassuring me, I's awfull isn't it, do you feel weepy after as well ?
almost like a dissapointment that it's happened again.
